To all YMCA men... Are you looking for a workout over your lunchbreak? How about pick-up basketball at the YMCA on Monday and Tuesday at noon? Come and get to know some other YMCA members!

Co-Ed Adult Rec Volleyball League
Every Tuesday evening at 7:00 in the gymnasium you can find YMCA Adult Members playing a pick-up game of volleyball. No experience or registration necessary; simply come and join-in on the fun! You must be a YMCA member to play; there is no cost for the program. Teams will be divided right before game-time.

Active Older Adults
Senior Club
The Roxborough YMCA Senior Club offers countless opportunities for adults over 55 to socialize with their peers. Monthly meetings are held on many topics including Senior Health Day, crafts, games, exercise, lectures, and most important FUN!!!!!! The meeting is the last Wednesday of every month.
Look for Trips and Special Activities in 2008.

Group Exercise Classes for Active Older Adults
Arthritis/Rehab Water Class:
This is an Arthritis Foundation/YMCA Aquatics program that is recommended for people with arthritis or recovering from illness or surgery. Instructor will focus on gentile bone and joint movement to reduce pain and stiffness.
Gentle Yoga:
This traditional approach to Yoga combines ease of movement with relaxation techniques appropriate for those desiring a less intense class.
Tai Chi:
Get your body, mind and spirit in balance. Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art with flowing, gentle movements which develop the body and mind by coordinating movements, breathing and concentration. Tai Chi is excellent for individuals suffering with arthritis.
Life (Low Impact Fitness Experience):
Haven’t exercised in a while? This may be the class for you! Combining all the components for good health and fitness (cardio, strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility). Recommended for beginners and seniors.
