TAI CHI
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Tai Chi is a slow, low-impact health and wellness collection of therapeutic movements, which strengthen the internal energy of the body, combining breath control and physical calisthenics.
Benefits of Tai Chi include improved lung function and respiration, strengthening of muscle tone, and calming of the nervous system.
The meditative nature of the exercise is calming and relaxing and thus promotes healing and stress removal. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Instructor Jessica Lunsford will teach the program.

CHOSON KWON BUP 
Classes will begin with the novice in mind, but the student will be able to progress to all levels based on testing. Instructor will discuss uniforms at the first class ~ they are not included with registration. Sa Bum Nim (Instructors) Henry major and Tony Seawright will instruct the program. Master Major currently holds the rank of 6th dan and Master Seawright holds the rank of 5th dan black belt.

ADULT DANCE 
Get a workout and learn the basic dance technique of ballet, jazz, hip-hop and modern. Two weeks are devoted to each genre of dance. Beginners welcome.

BELLY DANCING
 
Learn the ancient art of belly dancing as taught by professional dancer, Donna.  Belly dancing is an empowering and energizing form of dance appropriate for both men and women.  Wear comfortable clothing, and sneakers or jazz dance shoes.

ADULT STRETCH & FUN GYMNASTICS
Come enjoy a fun adult "gym" class designed for the "want to be" gymnast or the "former gymnast." First class is FREE. Beginners & seniors welcome.

LEARN HOW TO TAKE BETTER PHOTOGRAPHS
By Mort Metersky, Fine Arts Photographer  "It’s not the camera, it’s the person."

Through lecture, actual picture taking, and constructive critique you will learn how to take better pictures. Topics to be considered will include: how to compose an image through the lens, various rules of composition, and how to enhance your image using Photoshop Elements. All participants must provide their own camera, digital or film.

The OA (formerly Active Older Adults) programs are designed to reflect the interests of those ages 65 and older. However, all ages are welcome.

DANCE AEROBICS
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
This class combines low impact aerobics and popular dances for a unique workout. The Charleston, Disco and Latin dances will be the focus of this special class.

Class especially designed for active older adults and those starting a fitness program. This total body workout incorporates cardiovascular exercises, including walking, with gentle toning exercises.
