You & Me Kid (Ages 1 - 3)
Program is designed for the first time gym play experience. This stimulating partent particispation program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills in a fun open environment. Your little ones will work on short structured experiences mixed with free play and choice. Socialization, songs and fun make this a great time.
Tiny Twisters (Ages 3 - 6)
This Program is the first developmental level of YMCA progressive gymnastics. The skills taught are appropiate for a student taking gymnastics for the first time. Accomplishing the skills will give the student a positive attitude about physical activity and should motivate the student to continue in gymnastics classes at the next level.

Little Gymers (Ages 3)
Children participate without the parent in this completely structured and engaging gymnastics class. Strength, flexibility and agility are increased as our teachers continue to introduce new gymnastics skills through circle time andobstacle courses.

Kinder Gymers (Ages 4 - 5)
Children are now used to the class structure and are mastering basic skills. positive reinforcement and praise begins to be paired with corrections to help them really grow into their gymnastics abilities.

Cheernastics (Ages 5 - 18)
Program is designed for the cheerleader that needs to learn how to tumble. Emphasis is on strength, flexibility and progression skills that will lead to learning the important tumbling moves for a cheerleading squad.

Rollers (Ages 5 - 18)
This Program is the first developmental level of YMCA progressive gymnastics. The skills taught are appropiate for a student taking gymnastics for the first time. Accomplishing the skills for rollers will give the student a positive attitude about physical activity and should motivate the student to continue in gymnastics classes at the next level.

Kippers Females (Ages 5 - 18)
The goal of the kipper level is to continue to build on the previous levels. Strength and flexibility continues to increase while preparing the gymnasts for more advanced skills. Emphasis is on teaching combinations of skills.

Swingers Female (Ages 5 - 18)
This is the second developmental level in the YMCA progressive Gymnastics program This level compliments and rounds out the developmental information needed to give the gymnast a sound background.

Flipper (Ages 5 - 18)
The flipper level is challenging both physically and mentally. The gymnasts start learning more complex skills and combinations. By integrating the basic skills and knowledge learned in the previous leves, gymnasts will have the confidence to progess, focus and achieve the new skills. This is the highest level of progressive program and designed as a pre-team level with two differentage groups.

Flyers (Ages 5 - 18)
The Flyers level continues refining basic skills, making them sharper and more consistent. We then progressively combine the basic skills to create more advanced skills. This class is designed for the gymnast who shows promise for competitive team. INVITATION ONLY.
