What is Spinning®?

Spinning® is a cardio workout done a specially designed stationary bike simulating a road bike ride.  Spinning® is a fun way to exercise to music. 20 bikes are available, first come-first served.

 

Who Should Take a Spinning® Class?

Anyone who is interested in attaining new levels of fitness, losing weight, or having fun.  Any age (over 16) or ability should try.  The Y Spinning® staff is trained to coach the experienced Spinner next to the novice, every class is designed to be non-intimidating and welcoming.  If your same old routine just isn’t working anymore, if you want a challenge or just a change, if you never tried a group class – try Spinning®!  1105
